At Windridge Products, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.
During busy periods, product launches, custom manufacturing runs, or pre-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
UK Shipping
We ship orders across the United Kingdom.
Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated UK delivery times are usually:
- Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Tracked delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, location, weather, strikes, or delays outside our control.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
International shipping prices are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and available shipping options.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges applied by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over £79.
The free shipping option will be applied at checkout when your order qualifies. Free shipping availability may depend on your delivery location and the shipping services available.
Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products
Some products may be sold as pre-order, limited batch, or made-to-order items.
If a product is not ready for immediate dispatch, the estimated dispatch time will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase.
By placing a pre-order or made-to-order purchase, you understand that the item may take longer to dispatch than standard in-stock products.
Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping the item.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
A parcel will only be treated as lost once the courier confirms it is lost or once the courier’s investigation period has passed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the packaging
- clear photos of the damaged product
We will review the issue and advise on the next steps.
