Should you notify us of a return within 30 days of delivery, you will be eligible for full refund (excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable). You will have 30 days from the date of notifying us to return the item, otherwise your return will be rejected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you visit our page here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. DAMAGE AND ISSUES

All of our products are thoroughly checked before leaving our warehouse. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the parcel is visually damaged on receipt, please reject the item. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged, defective item or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This means that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 



EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, built-to-order products and personalised items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items In the event you return an item that has been used/installed your may not be entitled to a refund. In the circumstance a return of this kind is accepted it will be subject to 50% restocking fee.



EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



WARRANTY

Items are covered by our 6-month warranty. This covers for defects as a result of the manufacturing process. It does not cover any defects or damage that may have occurred as a result of wear and tear through use, or for any accidental damage.
